The prize was awarded following the survey on the satisfaction and quality of service offered by Italian companies, which involved 1616 companies from 158 different sectors and collected 265,000 opinions of end users on the assistance received. The results of this survey, which rank La Nordica-Extraflame in first place in the Stoves and Fireplaces sector, were published in Affari&Finanza di La Repubblica, media partner of the German Institute of Quality and Finance.
