For the second year in a row La Nordica-Extraflame Group has been awarded the Seal of the German Institute of Quality and Finance "Migliori in Italia nel Servizio" (Best in Italy in assistance) for the Stoves and Fireplaces sector.

The German Institute of Quality ITQF, learder in customer satisfaction research in Europe, in collaboration with “La Repubblica A&F” as media Partner, in 2021 led one of the largest survey ever carried out in Italy about consumer opinions. As per the results, the Institute awarded LA NORDICA-EXTRAFLAME as the best in Italy in terms of quality-price for the Stoves and Fireplaces category.

Following the independent study on customer satisfaction and their experience carried out by the German Institute of Quality (in collaboration with "Affari e Finanza" of La Repubblica), LA NORDICA-EXTRAFLAME was ranked first in the Service for the Stoves and Fireplaces category.

The GERMAN DESIGN AWARDS, one of the most important and recognized awards in the world of design at an international level, has selected our AMIKA pellet stove with the new SCHOTT ROBAX® NightView ceramic glass as the winner of the 2021 competition in the Excellent Product Design category!

The German Institute of Quality and Finance awarded La Nordica-Extraflame, the TOP INNOVATIVE COMPANY award, after an accurate survey based on the opinion of customers on fifty sectors examined with over five hundred companies and thousands of Italians contacted.

The jury of the innovation competition of the BOIS ENERGIE 2014 fair (St Etienne - France) awarded the La Nordica-Extraflame FUTURA wood stove for its innovative automatic loading system of wood briquettes capable of guaranteeing an operating autonomy up to 12 hours.
